Eligibility for Returns

– Return and exchange are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for most items .

– Return and exchange are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery for items on sale .

– Items on flash sale, mega sale and end of season sale are non-returnable .

– Certain products, such as personal care items, digital services, or customized goods, are non-returnable due to hygiene standards or personalization specifications.

– The return and exchange eligibility for each product is outlined in the item description provided beneath the product details .  

– If you received a defective or damaged product, we offer replacements at no additional cost. Please reach out to our support team for help as soon as possible to arrange for an exchange.

– The return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

– Return requirements for returnable items:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your Order History.
  2. Select the order and click Return Items.
  3. Choose the item you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
  4. Submit your return request.
  5. You will receive a Return ID to track the status of your return process.
  6. Our Customer Service team will contact you within 5 business days to proceed with the next steps.

Return Notes

– Returned items not included in your return request will not be accepted.

– Items that do not meet the return requirements outlined above will not be eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, products that are used, damaged, or missing the original tags. If the item is deemed unsuitable for resale after inspection, it will not be returned to the customer.

Refund process

– Once your returned item is received, we will process your request within 5 business days. After inspection, you will receive an email notification informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

– Your refund will be credited to either your Jenly Wallet within 24 hours or your payment account within 5-15 business days, according to your selection.

– If you paid by COD, the amount will be refunded to your Jenly Wallet. You can use the balance for future purchases on Jenly Mall or withdraw it to your account.

– Shipping fees will be non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
